I'm no stranger to injury and at the age of fourteen I had an anterior and posterior double spinal fusion and since then always knew that I wanted to help individuals with back problems.

I have and still do, experience the benefits that the correct exercise program can have on individuals with back problems. 

Despite this, I have been blessed with a great sporting career and went on to obtain Provincial Colors in artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, and field hockey. I have completed quite a few marathons and am still very active on the sporting front.  

My online classes and programs started before COVID when I identified a great need for this form of treatment.
